The First Day of the Rest of Your Life

Intersting how such a small pebble can cause such a large ripple when cast in the right place. Our lives are all about destiny. Unfortunately most people miss thiers because they cast their lives in the turmult of an insane world. Consider Jesus, no cell phones, internet, tv, blogs, networks, national coverage or hype. He didn't even write anything down that we know of. He simply listened to the Father and did what He saw the Father doing. Much of what we have recorded is very unremarkable. Sure there are miracles, confrontations, and manifestations, yet they are dispersed between simple acts and small stories. So many times we believe that hype is Spirit. It is the still small voice of God that changes us in the deepest parts. What is God doing right now? What whisper have we missed because we are trying to photo-shop a picture of God to be relevant to a lost world?
